NCT ID NCT04432129
Summary
This study tested whether a combined program of mental health therapy and job coaching helps people on sick leave due to conditions like depression, anxiety, or stress return to work faster than standard care. It involved 900 adults in Denmark who were receiving sickness benefits. Researchers compared the new integrated program to usual services to see which led to quicker and more sustained return to employment.
