Thinking skills training tested to ease mental health symptoms

Summary
This study tested whether a special group training program could help people with mental health conditions. The program, called Metacognitive Training, aimed to teach new thinking skills to reduce symptoms like depression, anxiety, and distorted thoughts. Researchers worked with 18 adults in Taiwan who had schizophrenia, major depression, or bipolar disorder to see if the training improved their symptoms and daily functioning.
