Phone app aims to prevent depression in ugandan teachers and parents

Summary
This study is testing a mobile phone toolkit called mWEL to help teachers and caregivers in Uganda improve their mental health and prevent depression and anxiety. About 1180 participants will use the app, with some also getting support from community health workers. The goal is to see if the toolkit increases mental health knowledge and reduces symptoms of depression and anxiety.
