New program aims to boost mental health for dementia caregivers

Summary
This study tests a program called Mentis Plus+ designed to improve positive mental health in adults who care for a family member with dementia. About 108 caregivers will either join the program or continue with usual care. The goal is to see if the program helps caregivers feel better, reduces stress, anxiety, and depression, and eases the burden of caregiving.
