Can a school day stop future mental health struggles? massive study aims to find out.

NCT ID NCT07494929

Summary

This study is testing a prevention program designed to improve mental well-being in young children and their parents. It involves 8-10 year olds in schools across four European countries. All children will attend a workshop about feelings and mental health, while parents will be offered different types of support, from a guidebook to group training sessions. Researchers will measure if these activities improve family well-being and mental health over a full year.
