Summary
This study is testing a new group program designed to support the mental health of Ethiopian and Eritrean young adults in Atlanta. The program, called Weyera, involves eight weekly sessions focused on building coping skills and resilience in a culturally relevant setting. Researchers aim to see if the program is practical, acceptable, and safe before launching a larger trial to help ease symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress.
