Summary
This study looked at how mental tiredness affects athletes' ability to focus and perform endurance exercises. Researchers tested 90 athletes who regularly train at least 4 hours a week. They measured brain activity, reaction time, and exercise performance to see if athletes with higher mindfulness (being present and aware) coped better with mental fatigue.
