Summary
This study looks at whether timing specific exercises to match different phases of the menstrual cycle can make injury-prevention training more effective for teenage female athletes. About 212 healthy girls aged 14-19 who play sports like soccer or basketball will wear an Oura Ring to track their cycle and complete an 8-week training program. Half will have their workouts synced to their cycle; the other half will not. The goal is to reduce high-risk movement patterns that can lead to ACL injuries.
