VA pioneers specialized menopause care for women veterans

Summary

This study aims to adapt and test a talk therapy program designed to help women veterans manage menopause symptoms. The program, called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Menopause (CBT-Meno), will be tailored based on feedback from veterans and delivered via telehealth. Researchers will enroll 48 women veterans aged 45 and older to see if the program is acceptable and helps improve their daily functioning and quality of life.
