Summary
This study looks at how female hormones and menopause change the way the brain controls muscles. Researchers will test 20 post-menopausal women before they start hormone replacement therapy (HRT), then again after 2 and 5 months. Participants can also follow a 12-week exercise program. The goal is to understand how hormones affect brain function, strength, and metabolism.
