Summary

This study looks at how female hormones and menopause change the way the brain controls muscles. Researchers will test 20 post-menopausal women before and after starting hormone replacement therapy (HRT), measuring brain activity, strength, and body changes. Participants can also follow a 12-week exercise program to see if it boosts the effects.
