Summary
This study tests whether a vaccine designed for meningitis B can also protect against gonorrhea, a common sexually transmitted infection. Researchers will give two doses of the vaccine or a placebo to 150 men who have sex with men and are at high risk for gonorrhea. The goal is to see if the vaccine reduces new infections and is safe.
