NCT ID NCT04095156
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at blood cells from 86 people with membranous nephropathy, a kidney disease, to find out why some get better with B-cell therapy and others don't. Researchers will compare immune cells in patients who respond to treatment, those who don't, and healthy volunteers. The goal is to discover clues that could help predict who will benefit from therapy and lead to better treatments in the future.
