Melatonin patch may ease Kids' dental fears without pills

Summary
This study tested whether melatonin patches can reduce dental anxiety in children. Fifty-two healthy kids aged 5 to 7 received either two melatonin patches or placebo stickers 30 minutes before dental treatment. Researchers measured anxiety using a child-friendly scale, plus pulse and blood pressure, to see if the patches helped them feel calmer.
