Summary
This study tests whether melatonin, a natural hormone, can improve outcomes for babies diagnosed with severe fetal growth restriction (FGR) due to placental problems. Pregnant women between 24 and 31 weeks will take melatonin or a placebo nightly. The goal is to see if melatonin reduces the risk of serious complications or death for the baby after birth.
