Summary
This study tested two creams for melasma, a skin condition causing dark patches on the face. Fifty adults aged 15–45 used either a new Westerhoff formula cream or a standard 4% hydroquinone cream for 8 weeks. The goal was to see which cream better reduced the size and darkness of the patches.
