NCT ID NCT03356470
First seen Jan 30, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This small pilot study looked at whether special PET scans and blood tests can help predict how well melanoma patients respond to immunotherapy drugs like nivolumab or pembrolizumab. Five people with advanced melanoma took part. Researchers collected scans, blood samples, and tumor biopsies before and during treatment to see if certain markers could show early signs of response.
