Four-Drug attack on advanced skin cancer
NCT ID NCT05428007
Summary
This study is testing whether adding an arthritis drug (sarilumab) to three approved melanoma drugs works better and is safer for people with advanced melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery. It will involve about 105 participants with stage III or IV melanoma. The main goals are to see how safe the combination is and how well it shrinks tumors.
