First seen Jan 25, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of two experimental drugs (iparomlimab and tuvoraleimab) plus standard chemotherapy and a targeted therapy for people with advanced acral or mucosal melanoma, rare types that often resist treatment. The trial will enroll 48 adults who have had no more than one prior therapy. The goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink or disappear, and to check safety.
