Summary
This early-stage trial is testing new drug combinations for people with melanoma skin cancer that has spread to the brain. It aims to see if these drugs can shrink brain tumors in patients whose cancer has worsened despite previous immunotherapy. The study will test two different drug combinations based on the specific genetic changes found in each patient's tumor.
