Summary
This early-stage study is testing an experimental injection called MegaLT for people with dangerously low platelet counts that haven't improved after cancer treatments like radiation, chemotherapy, or transplants. The trial will check if the treatment is safe, how the body processes it, and whether it helps increase platelet levels. It involves 10 participants at a single hospital in China.
