Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week Mediterranean diet program can improve gut health, reduce disease activity, and boost nutrition in children with lupus. Sixty children with lupus and their healthy family members will take part. Participants will give stool samples, track their eating, and receive diet counseling. The goal is to see if changing what they eat can help manage the disease.
