Summary
This study aims to see if following a Mediterranean diet can reduce pain and improve quality of life for women with endometriosis. Researchers believe the diet's anti-inflammatory properties may help ease common symptoms like pelvic pain and fatigue. The study will enroll 104 women to track changes in their pain levels and overall well-being through questionnaires and health measurements.
