Summary

This study is testing whether following a Mediterranean diet can reduce pain and improve quality of life for women with endometriosis. Researchers believe the diet's anti-inflammatory properties may help ease symptoms. The study will involve 104 women who will track their pain levels and quality of life while following the dietary recommendations.
