Summary
This study looked at whether eating a Mediterranean diet for three months can improve thinking and physical abilities in older adults who feel their memory is slipping. Fifty-seven people with subjective cognitive decline (SCD) took part. The goal was to see if this diet helps more than usual care and to understand why, using brain scans and blood tests.
