Summary
This study explores whether using a virtual reality headset for guided meditation at the start of voice therapy sessions can help people with voice disorders learn and retain treatment better. About 60 participants will use the TRIPP app on a Meta Quest 2 headset to calm their minds before practicing vocal exercises. The goal is to see if this approach improves voice quality, reduces anxiety, and makes therapy more effective.
