Summary
This study explores whether using a virtual reality headset for guided meditation before voice therapy sessions can help people with voice disorders learn and retain treatment better. About 60 participants will use the TRIPP meditation app on a Meta Quest 2 headset to calm their minds and focus. Researchers will measure voice quality and how much the therapy improves daily life.
