Summary
This study looks at whether a meditation program called Inner Engineering can help teens ages 15-18 become more joyful, focused, and resilient. Researchers will measure changes in emotional wellbeing, stress, and even brain activity using surveys, body sensors, and brain scans. The goal is to understand how these practices might support mental health during the teenage years.
