Summary
This study explores whether using guided meditation in virtual reality at the start of voice therapy sessions can help people with voice disorders learn and retain treatment better. About 60 participants will use a VR headset for meditation before therapy. The goal is to see if this approach reduces anxiety and improves voice quality.
