Summary
This study explores whether using immersive virtual reality (VR) for guided meditation at the start of voice therapy sessions can help people with voice disorders learn and retain treatment better. Researchers will enroll 60 participants who have voice problems and anxiety, using the TRIPP app on a Meta Quest 2 headset. The goal is to see if VR meditation reduces stress and improves vocal control, potentially making therapy more effective.
