Summary

This study looked at whether a specific meditation technique, Twin Hearts Meditation, could help reduce nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy in women with breast cancer. 102 women participated, with half practicing meditation three times a week for two weeks while the other half received standard care. The goal was to see if this simple, non-drug approach could improve quality of life during treatment.
