First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a specific meditation technique, Twin Hearts Meditation, could help reduce nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy in women with breast cancer. 102 women participated, with half practicing meditation three times a week for two weeks while the other half received standard care.
