Can a simple meditation app ease the mental burden of cancer?
NCT ID NCT02988271
Summary
This study is testing whether a self-administered meditation program can help reduce anxiety and depression in cancer patients who are experiencing distress. 35 participants were randomly assigned to either use a meditation app daily for two weeks or to a waitlist control group. The main goal is to see if patients find the program easy to use and if it helps improve their mood and symptoms.
