NCT ID NCT07310992
First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a short, guided meditation session to standard cardiac rehabilitation can help people with high blood pressure feel better and control their blood pressure. About 80 adults starting a heart rehab program will be split into two groups: one gets standard exercise and medical care, the other also does 15 minutes of mindfulness meditation after each workout. The researchers will measure quality of life, blood pressure changes, and how often participants attend sessions over 12 weeks.
