Summary
This study looks at how a meditation program called TARA changes brain connections in teens aged 14 to 18 with mild or moderate depression. Researchers use MRI scans to measure changes in a brain area called the putamen and track depression symptoms using a questionnaire. The goal is to understand if meditation can improve brain health and reduce depression.
