First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looked at how a week of daily meditation affects blood markers linked to Alzheimer's disease in healthy adults aged 18-35. Participants meditated at home and gave blood samples before and after. The goal was to see if meditation could change these markers, not to treat or prevent Alzheimer's.
