Summary
This study is testing a new toolkit designed to help doctors' offices improve how they schedule and conduct annual wellness visits for Medicare patients. It involves over 13,000 patients across 16 primary care practices in the U.S. Researchers will track whether using this toolkit leads to more patients getting their recommended annual checkups and preventive services like cancer screenings and vaccinations.
