Can shared meals cure medical student burnout?
NCT ID NCT06656650
Summary
This study tests whether monthly group meals with guided conversation can reduce burnout and loneliness in medical students during their clinical training years. Researchers will form small groups of 6-8 students with a resident leader who meet for six months. The goal is to see if this social support approach improves well-being, as similar programs have shown benefits for doctors.
