Summary
This early-stage study looked at how well a medicated cream (Metvixia) gets into the skin after using different mechanical techniques like sanding or poking. Ten healthy volunteers had small test areas on their backs treated with various methods. The goal was simply to measure how much cream reached the skin surface and deeper layers, not to treat any disease.
