Researchers check if measles vaccine works for kids with sickle cell
NCT ID NCT07356050
Summary
This study aims to understand if children with sickle cell disease develop adequate protection against measles after receiving their standard measles vaccines. Researchers will measure antibody levels in about 130 children before vaccination and again at 4 and 8 weeks after each dose. The goal is to gather information about vaccine effectiveness in this specific group, not to test a new treatment.
