Summary
This study tested whether a measles vaccine could improve symptoms of atopic dermatitis (eczema) in adults. Twenty adults with moderate to severe eczema received either the vaccine or a placebo and were followed for 45 days. The goal was to see if the vaccine could calm the immune system and reduce skin inflammation.
