First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests whether different types of reminder messages help adults aged 45 and older remember to photograph their meals in a mobile app. Over 28 days, 200 participants receive one of three reminder types before each meal. The goal is to see which reminder works best and whether factors like heart rate affect how well people respond.
