Summary

This study is testing a blood-filtering procedure called immunoadsorption (IA) in 50 adults with ME/CFS or Long COVID who have specific autoantibodies. The goal is to see if removing these antibodies can ease symptoms like severe fatigue and improve daily function. Participants will receive IA over five days and be monitored for changes in physical ability and quality of life.
