Summary
This study tested a team-based nursing program for 200 people with advanced small cell lung cancer receiving chemotherapy plus immunotherapy. The program included close monitoring for side effects, help with medication adherence, nutrition and exercise support, and psychological care. The goal was to see if this approach could reduce severe side effects and improve quality of life compared to standard nursing care.
