Summary
This study tested a special nursing program for 200 people with advanced small cell lung cancer receiving chemotherapy plus immunotherapy. The program used a team of nurses, dietitians, and mental health experts to monitor side effects, support medication adherence, and provide nutrition and exercise advice. The goal was to see if this approach could reduce severe side effects and improve quality of life compared to standard nursing care.
