Summary
This study looks at people with neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) who are getting or have gotten peptide radionuclide therapy (PRRT). The goal is to find early warning signs in the blood that might show who is at higher risk of developing blood cancers like myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) or acute myeloid leukemia (AML). By tracking genetic changes over time, researchers hope to better select patients for PRRT and find ways to prevent these serious side effects. About 45 participants will provide blood samples before, during, and after treatment for up to 5 years.
