Summary
This study tests whether MDMA, given alongside a specific type of talk therapy, can help reduce PTSD symptoms in veterans. Twenty veterans with PTSD will receive different doses of MDMA during therapy sessions. The goal is to see if this combination safely eases their symptoms.
