Summary
This study compared two different exercise programs to see which one works better for people with sacroiliac joint pain, a common cause of lower back and buttock pain. Researchers tested the McKenzie method against William exercises in 62 adults to measure changes in pain levels, daily function, and overall quality of life. The goal was to find which exercise approach provides better relief for this specific type of joint dysfunction.
