Summary

This study tested whether a specific exercise method (McKenzie technique) works better than usual physical therapy for people with long-term back and leg pain caused by a pinched nerve. 28 adults aged 30-60 with a sideways tilt of the lower spine took part. Researchers measured pain, disability, and spine movement to see which approach helped more.
