Summary
This study looked at how the experimental drug MBX 2109 behaves in the body and whether it is safe for people with different levels of kidney function. Twenty-five adults with normal or impaired kidneys received a single injection of the drug. The goal was to measure drug levels and safety, not to treat a disease.
